NEEDО · TRUST BOUNDARY

Useful enough to act on. Honest enough to verify.

Needо is built around a simple rule: producing an answer is not the same as solving a problem. The system should make the difference visible.

Evidence before completion

Needо distinguishes research, prepared actions, sent actions and verified outcomes. It does not call a result complete merely because an answer was generated.

Human approval for sensitive actions

Messages, purchases, commitments and other sensitive actions remain approval-gated unless the relevant integration and user policy explicitly permit execution.

Source-aware research

When live research is used, Needо surfaces available source links so you can inspect the evidence behind important findings.

Real-world feedback changes the work

Wrong contacts, failed attempts, changed prices, uninterested buyers and new requirements become outcome evidence rather than being silently repeated.

Public or authorized data

Needо is designed to work with public information and accounts or data that the user has explicitly connected or provided.

Outcome verification

A meaningful outcome is verified only when the success condition has concrete evidence or the user explicitly confirms that it was achieved.

The Needо state model

Depending on the problem, a result can move through Researched → Prepared → Awaiting approval → Sent → Completed → Verified. Not every problem needs every state, and Needо should not skip a state by implication.

What Needо does not promise

Search results can change, businesses can stop responding, prices can move and external systems can fail. Needо should report those realities rather than manufacture certainty. Verification is evidence-based, not a confidence score.

Have a real problem?

Give Needо the problem in your own words. You do not need to know the right search terms or the correct workflow.
