Privacy

Needо processes the information you provide to understand and work on your requested outcome. We aim to collect only what is needed to provide the service.

What we process

Depending on your request, this can include account information, your request text, solution history, uploaded images or documents, and location information when you explicitly choose to share it. Public and authorized sources may be researched to answer requests.

Google data

If you connect Google Gmail, Needо requests the gmail.send permission so it can send an email only when you explicitly approve an email action. Needо does not request Gmail read access. Google account email information is used to identify the connected account. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to maintain the authorized connection and perform the approved Gmail action. Needо does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google user data for unrelated purposes. Needо does not use Gmail content to train a general AI model. You can disconnect Gmail from your Needо account at any time.

How we use data

We use information to provide, secure, improve and support Needо and its user-facing features. We do not intentionally collect private browsing activity or infer private intent about other people.

Sharing

Needо Moments are public only when a user explicitly chooses to create and share a Moment. A shared Moment contains the problem text supplied for that share and limited progress metadata; it should never contain private account credentials, OAuth tokens or hidden research data.

Your controls

You can use Needо without an account for the anonymous free allowance. Logged-in users can review saved solutions, disconnect integrations and delete their account. Sensitive or irreversible actions require approval.

Third-party services

Needо may use third-party AI, search, payment, email, cloud infrastructure and integration providers to provide requested functionality. Their processing is subject to the applicable provider terms and privacy practices. Google user data is handled according to Google's API Services User Data Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements.
